Subscription Policy

Subscription Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing a subscription with Weatherbeard Supply Co. Please review the terms below, which apply to all recurring subscription orders placed through our website.

  1. Overview
    By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms & Conditions, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  2. Billing & Payments
    Subscriptions are billed automatically at the delivery interval you selected—either every 1, 2, or 3 months. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each recurring order. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until updated.

  3. Delivery Schedule
    Your subscription renews and ships based on the interval you selected. Subscription orders are processed daily at 10:00 AM EST, and shipping costs apply to each recurring delivery. Customers can skip up to 3 consecutive orders or delay/reschedule delivery by up to 90 days from their account.

  4. Managing Your Subscription
    You have full control over your subscription via the customer portal. You can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months, skip or delay individual orders, change delivery frequency (up to 90 days), edit your shipping address, payment method, or products, place an upcoming order early, and resume or reactivate canceled subscriptions. Access your subscription anytime by logging into your account or clicking “Manage Subscriptionin our website footer.

  5. Reminder Emails
    We send automated reminder emails 3 days before your next charge to the email on file. Please ensure your email is up to date and check spam/promotions folders to avoid missing these notifications.

  6. Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Once an order has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies under our Return Policy.

    We do NOT issue refunds for forgotten subscriptions - no exceptions. Reminder emails are sent in advance, and it is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before the charge occurs. Resuming or reactivating a subscription will trigger an immediate charge.

  7. Modifications
    We reserve the right to update pricing, products, or policies at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative or allow you to skip that cycle.

  8. Shipping
    Shipping fees apply to every subscription delivery, not just the initial order. Standard shipping rates and delivery timelines apply as per our Shipping Policy.

  9. Promotions & Discounts
    Discounts or promo codes cannot be applied to subscription orders unless explicitly allowed. Subscription discounts apply only to active subscriptions and are void if canceled.
