• All orders placed before 4:00 CST Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after this time will be shipped out the following business day
• All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) by default and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. This is an estimate and NOT guaranteed.
• Weatherbeard Supply Co is NOT responsible for shipping delays once the package has been dropped off at the post office. Shipping costs will not be refunded on our end.
• You will receive a tracking code via email or text once your order has been packaged and scanned at the post office
• Apparel and branded merch orders ship separately from product orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation via our third party merchandise company once your order ships - please note, branded merch may ship from different locations, so some of your items may not be delivered in one shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
• If a package is marked as undeliverable due to mistakes in the shipping information you provided, you, the customer, will be responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package to the correct address once it has been returned to our facility
• If you accidentally ship the package to an incorrect address, you, the customer, will be responsible for trying to retrieve the package. In this event, we will not send out another package since we have fulfilled our obligation to ship our products to the address you provided. If the package cannot be retrieved, you, the customer, will be responsible for placing another order with the correct address
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Currently only shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom)
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering
• If you refuse delivery, Weatherbeard Supply Co will NOT issue a refund since we have fulfilled our obligation to ship our products to you
• Weatherbeard Supply Co is NOT responsible for any delays with international shipments. If an International order is delayed, it is likely due to the shipment being processed through customs. We have ZERO ability to track/locate a shipment when it is being processed through customs.
