If for any reason you are unhappy with a product from us then please reach out to us and provide your name, order #, along with details of the issue you are experiencing. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to offer a resolution, as each issue is handled on a case by case basis.
REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS
• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the personal nature of our bath and body care products, regardless of if they are unopened or not, as they cannot be re-sold to other customers
• No original payment refunds if a customer does not like the smell or considers the smell too strong or not strong enough. We do offer a Beard Oil Sample Kit for you to purchase and highly recommend buying it before committing to a full sized product
• We do not accept returns on apparel due to items not fitting correctly. We use a third - party print on demand service and do not handle apparel orders directly
DAMAGED ITEMS / MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with images of the package and its contents, along with a description of the issue for our evaluation. Images must be sent in order for a claim to be filed.
• If orders are shipped to the wrong address, you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the items once the package is returned to our facility.
• We offer a shipping protection service at checkout called "Route" for a very small fee and highly recommend you add it. This protects your packages from any issues while in transit. We are not responsible for missing or stolen items if you did not add this service to your order. You can read their policies here.
