I have tried many butters so far but this is the best one so far. I don’t like butters with wax and hold to me isn’t what I’m looking for. Nourishment is the key and it just melts so good like lotion almost. Love it and might be my permanent butter. I prefer no scent though for any butter so my review is strictly the Basecamp unscented. Love it.

To address the big wondering right away… beard oil is not a miracle growth serum. There are no beard products that can fundamentally change your genetics or hormones, which are key factors that determine your beard's growth rate and density. However, beard oil plays a crucial supporting role in creating the optimal environment (weather… beard?) for your beard to reach its natural potential. We also know there are oils that have been proven throughout generations and even clinical studies to show they can do things like wake up dormant hair follicles.
